Question:
Hello, Im looking for a marine disc brake setup for my 2010 Seadoo Challenger 180 single axle boat trailer. Boat weights 2000 pounds. I dont have any brakes on the trailer at this time, but it does have the 4 bolt mounting plate for brakes. Can you recommend a complete package for disc, actuators, lines.... It is being pulled by an F-150 with onboard trailer brake controller. Thanks!

In order to choose the correct disc brakes for a 2010 Sea Doo Challenger 180 Trailer you'll need to know the axle capacity. If you have a 2,000-2,200 lb axle you can use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR2D but if you have a 3,500 lb axle then you can use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR35D.
In order to complete your setup you'll need the HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit part # HS381-9067 and Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit part # 18SI-BLKIT.
