What size fuse do I use for the power battery line on a Curt 56405? Mine came without a fuse. I obtained a 10A and it works fine but is that correct?

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56405 which is a fit for a 2018 - 2020 Volkswagen Golf GTI uses a 15 amp fuse. Please keep in mind we do offer the Curt Powered Converter Wiring Kit part # C55152 which is a replacement power line kit that has the fuse you need.
