Can you recommend a lightweight bike rack that can easily be moved out of the way to completely access a Lincoln MKC rear door while it has 2 bikes mounted. I need to be able to get golf bags out easily and quickly.

The best all-in-one rack that fits your description is the Thule Apex Swing XT # TH9027XT. This bike rack weighs in at 42 lbs and it has the swinging arm included.
I am attaching a link to a review video of this product. Please note that if either bike lacks a horizontal top tube then you'll need to use a bike adapter bar # TH982XT so that the bike(s) will sit level and have proper ground clearance.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this answer. I was having a hard time finding a rack that can be moved out of the way when fully loaded. This one seems to fit the bill.
