Correct Curt 5th Wheel Installation Brackets for 2019 Ram 3500

Question:

What is the difference between the Curt 16426 and 16430 5th wheel custom brackets? Depending on which site you use they both show they fit the same trucks. I have a 2019 Ram 3500 without the OEM puck system and Im looking for the proper custom brackets.

We do have the correct Curt custom 5th wheel brackets for your 2019 Ram 3500, which are the 16430 you mentioned, though we have our own part number: Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # CU96FR.

This kit is confirmed to work with your 2019 Ram 3500 and they require the use of Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails, which come in either Gloss Finish # C16104 or Carbide Black Finish # C16204.

You can also get the kit and base rails together:
