Is Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller Easy to Install on 1979 Chevy Pickup

I have 2 questions. First will this work with my 1979 Chevy pickup? I do plan on installing the 7 pin wiring kit that you have. Second is this easy to use? I have never used a brake controller before and honestly do not know how to use them.

As long as you have an active 7-way installed on your 1979 Chevy truck the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 that you referenced will install easily and work great. The kit to convert a 4-way to a 7-way is the # ETBC7L installed. It's actually really easy to use too.
