looking for bolt pattern 3by 7 inches 2 5/16

That's a tough one.
I have attached the couplers that I have that are designed to be plate mounted but they are all 4.5" center to center like part # 3370091558. They all offer the 2 5/16" ball but I can't find anything close to 3" x 7" mounting patterns.
Is it possible that it is an older style that isn't produces any more? I don't know the exact application but if you can't fins anything to match can you drill mounting holes for one like these or is there interference?
