I’m looking for a scooter hitch carrier that will work with a Jeep Wrangler and it’s spare tire. Thanks!!

As long as the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the spare tire on your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited is less than 15-1/2" then the Ultra-Fab Carrier part # UF48-979033 will work well for you as a way to carry your scooter.
If you do not have any ratcheting tie-downs to use with this carrier then I recommend the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps part # EM31353.
