What is the Best Way to Remove a Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap

Question:
I have your 15inch black Dexstar conventional steel wheels and these baby moons. They fit great but HOW DO YOU GET THEM OFF? I, and my local tire shop, couldnt remove them without finessing a crowbar, cursing, and scratching them. Please dont tell me to just use a screw driver.

I spoke with my colleague who has been in the tire and wheel business for over 30 years. He said that the best way to remove the baby moons like # AM90086 is to use a hub cap puller, a tool that you do not see much anymore. Otherwise you would have to pry it off with some sort of tool whether it be a screwdriver or other flat tool.
I had a wheel and baby moon together at my desk and ran into the same problem. This same colleague then was able to pull it off with his bare hands. He then rode off into the sunset.
