Curt trailer jacks like part # C28200 are all made in China. A lot of trailer jacks are but we do have the Dutton-Lainson which has similar specs to the Curt and is made in the USA if that's what you're looking for. Look at part # DL22781.
It has the same 2,000 pound capacity with 14 inches of travel and fits the standard A-frame bolt pattern just like the Curt.
