The front mount trailer hitch I recommend for a 2012 Ram 3500 4x4 is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65063 which requires the least amount of modifications and also has the cleanest install look but does require that you have the factory hooks. If you don't then you'd need to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65060 or the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31065 for a USA option.
The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31015 is only a fit for 2500 models.
