I have a solution for you, but I should warn you that the size of your trailer frame does not fit stock sizes for a 3,500 lbs axle. If you want to go with a traditional leaf spring, you can use all of the parts listed below, but you will have to have a local trailer axle dealer custom order an axle to fit your trailer. At this time we do not ship custom ordered axles and our stock axles fit trailer frames that are 74 inches wide and 80 inches wide. Other than the axle you can use:

Brakes - # AKEBRK-35 qty 1
Brake Hardware - # BRKH10B qty 1
Hub/Drum - # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K qty 2
Leaf Spring - # e54SR qty 2
Suspension Kit - # APT5 qty 1
U-Bolt Kit - # APUBR-1 qty 1
Locally-sourced custom axle - qty 1

The complete solution that we can offer is the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System, # A35RS545E. This kit comes with everything you will need to get your trailer frame off of the jack stands. This system is considered an upgrade to a leaf spring setup and doesn't require all of the different components listed above. You can service, adjust, and change out your brakes, hubs, bearings and seals just like you can with a traditional leaf spring axle so long-term maintenance will never be a problem.

Finally, I know you didn't ask about it, but if you need help with any of the wiring, we have a few things that can help there too. We have our 7-way Wiring Upgrade Kit, # HS381-9000, which will give you your 7-way trailer connector and a junction box to run all of your other circuits. For your brakes, you will want at least a 12 gauge wire, which we offer as part # 12-2-1, so you can run the ground and power wires back to the brakes. Grounding the brakes at the main trailer ground is better than at the frame, so this is the route we prefer to go. I'd also use some heat shrink at the brake magnet wire connection # DW05449.
