I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent. Would this work with a Nucanoe Frontier 12? INA446 Length: 12' Width: 41? Height: 12-17? Hull Weight: 77 lbs

We do have a great option for a kayak carrier for your Nucanoe Frontier 12 fishing kayak, but the carrier you referenced is not going to work with a 41" wide kayak. Instead, I recommend a saddle-style carrier, the Yakima BigCatch Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04091.

The included tie-downs will make it so you don't have to purchase them separately, and the BigCatch also has a 150 lb capacity, making it one of the few carriers that has the needed capacity for your Nucanoe Frontier.

For a roof rack on your 2020 Subaru Ascent I recommend going with Yakima as well, as they give you the option with the longest crossbars at 60", so you have the most space to work with. The rack that fits your '20 Ascent is:
