Question:

Will it fit on this model. It says it can only accommodate a 2.5 but seems like e bikers are not complaining so I puzzled. Thanks

I have a similar bike rack to the Yakima Holdup 2 part # Y02443 that you referenced that can accomodate your tire width but this rack would not work on tires larger than 2-1/2 inches in width like what you have. The Kuat Transfer part # KU74FR is a really solid option that only touches the bikes by the tire like the rack you mentioned but can fit fat tires like what you have as well. It's also lighter weight at 47 lbs too.
