Trailer Hub with 5 on 4.5 inch Bolt Pattern to Replace 5 on 4.75 inch Bolt Pattern

Question:
Hello, i have a single axle trailer that i would like to replace the 5x4.75 to 5x4.50 hubs. no brakes. From what I know sofar is it has a 1 TruRyde castle nut set up. it has a 1.723 rear seal, 1.375 fear bearing shaft and 1.0625 front bearing shaft. its a little over 4-5/8 long. what hub kit will work. I have more dimensions if needed. thanx
