I have a Kiefer living quarters horse trailer that i am interested in using this extension and wont need the RV adapter. Is the hitch only available?

I have a solution for you, and it sounds like you're just looking for either an offset gooseneck ball or offset gooseneck coupler; you may not need it to adapt to a 5th wheel king pin. The Ranch Hitch # AM3139 is a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter and is a single piece, so it's likely not what you need. Instead I would recommend using the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs # BWTEXA4200 which will work on a gooseneck coupler and provide you with 10" offset to work with your 2002 Ford F-250 Short bed truck.
This would be the best solution if you don't need a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter but just need an offset for clearance on your short bed truck. I've also linked an installation and review video of this coupler to the answer for you to have a look at.
