How can I purchase just the replacement component shank with the yellow sticker for the assembly 753-3581? Thank you

I took a look at the Replacement 2" Shank for Thule T2 and T2 Classic Bike Carriers # 753-3581 for the Thule T2 and T2 Classic bike racks, is this is only available with the folding backbone assembly attached to the shank.

So to replace the shank on your Thule T2 or T2 Classic bike racks, you'd have to use # 753-3581 as the two pieces are not offered by Thule separated.

Additionally, this can be also used to convert a 1-1/4" T2 or T2 Classic for use with a 2" hitch.
