Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56173 is exactly what you need for the 2015 Honda Accord Sport model as long as it has LED tail lights. If your Accord has incandescent lights, you will need part # C56011.

If you are not sure if your Accord has incandescent or LED lights you can look at the tail light bulb itself. If the light bulb has a filament it is incandescent. If it looks like more of a diode like part # DI85VR for example, then your car has LED lights.

If you do not already have the hitch, you will need Curt Class I Round Tube Receiver Hitch part # C11681. This is the only hitch option for the 2015 Honda Accord. I have attached an installation video for your reference. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is Curt Class II Drawbar part # C45521 with 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop.
