I have a solution that will allow your 2020 Toyota Tacoma 6 foot bed to have both a tonneau and a ladder rack installed at the same time but it will require a new tonneau as the folding tonneaus don't allow a way to fit a ladder rack with them since they go over the bed rails.
So for a tonneau you'd want the RetraxONE XR part # RTT-60852 which has tracks designed for a ladder rack and then you can then install the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack w/ Retrax XR Tonneau Cover Adapter # Y01151-5855 and you'd have an adjustable ladder rack that has 68 inch long HD style bars.
Or you could keep your current tonneau and install a Rhino Rack # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK174.
