Question:
How is it mounted? Do I need to drill holes or weld? Nothing shows how to. Not a big deal, just wondering.

There isn't one set in stone way to install the RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # 350980 but typically people will drill holes through the bottom of the box and into the trailer frame below it and then run carriage bolts through the floor and trailer to secure it.
