Question:
I found a toolbox that will fit on the tongue of my 2017 wildwood - it will sit on top of the tongue frame behind the weight distribution and propane. I need to put battery inside of toolbox, as tool box will cover area where battery sits down in the box frame on tongue. NOW MY question: Do I need to change battery cables to make them longer to reach into the tool box and if so How? can I buy longer battery cables ?

Depending on how you mount the battery inside the tongue mounted tool box like # 3371701680, you may or may not need longer battery cables. Since your battery is already mounted in this location, you most likely just need to drill holes and reconnect the same wires. I recommend using the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker # LT37467 to seal those holes to protect moisture from becoming an issue.
If you need to run longer cables, I recommend you not splice in a portion, but rather run the full replacement length needed and the same gauge wire.
