You can use the Curt # C13419 on your 2020 Ram 1500 and it will handle the weight of your 3800-lbs Winnebago Micro Minnie trailer, however if you're ever planning on towing anything larger there is a better solution.
I recommend using the Curt item # C15005 since you're likely going to be pretty close to the tongue weight capacity of the # C13419 and even the slightest upgrade in trailers at some point in the future could render it useless for towing. The Curt item # C15005 has a robust 1700-lbs tongue weight capacity, so outgrowing your hitch won't likely be a concern like it would be with the Curt hitch.
Typically you want the tongue weight of your trailer to be between 10-15% of the total GVWR of the trailer. If you were to upgrade to a 5000-lbs GVWR trailer in the near future, the tongue weight on there could easily get over the 600-lbs TW capacity of the # C13419 and then you'd need to upgrade to another hitch anyways since the new trailer would likely have a TW of between 500-750-lbs. Since this is a brand new truck, it's probably more likely that you get a new trailer before you were to get a new truck, so this is a good solution if you're wanting to plan ahead for that.
If you need a wiring harness to connect your trailer to your new truck I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774 because it will install easily into the US Car connector port behind the bumper on your 2020 Ram 1500 and provide you with both a 4 way and 7 way connector. Something this versatile is also going to be helpful if you were to upgrade trailers in the future as well.
If you don't already have a ball mount and hitch ball for your trailer, I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which comes with 2 ball mounts to cover varying rise/drop scenarios, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), as well as hitch pins, clips and a carrying bag to keep everything stored when it's not in use.
I've linked some installation and review videos of these parts for you to have a look at as well.
