Will this pin length fit my ball hitch to lock the ball from getting stolen? Model#RH3410-25

It looks like you have an Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball mount part # AM3410. The usable length of the pin that is used to lock the ball on the Andersen hitches is 4-1/4" so the 4" long Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock part # 63259 is not compatible.
I recommend the Rapid Hitch Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set part # AM3492 which comes with the locking pin to lock the ball and the pin for the trailer hitch. They are only sold as a set at this time, not individually. I have attached a video for your reference.
