Question:
It looks like you have 2 different receiver hitches for a 2020 Tacoma. I can't tell any difference between them. Is there any difference? What would you choose? Thank you.

You're correct, except for the fact that the # e98905 etrailer branded hitch uses a matte finish and the Curt # C13264 has a glossy finish, both hitches look alike and install in the same manner
The Curt and etrailer brand have an identical 900 lbs tongue weight/6000 lbs towing capacity. The actual capacity of your truck will vary according to the engine, transmission and rear differential gearing, so you'll need to abide by whichever capacity is lower, be it the hitch or that of the vehicle itself.
I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13264.
