Question:
is it possible to pair with truck screen

I do have a camera option that could work with the factory 8 inch monitor on your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500, but the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera # FOS43TASF can only be paired with a Furrion monitor, like the one that's included in this camera system.
Take a look at the GHC Custom Third Brake Light Camera # 3460010, which mounts behind the Silverado's third brake light and uses a custom harness to tee into the factory plug behind your radio to allow you to see into your truck bed using your vehicle's factory monitor, making lining up your 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer a breeze.
At this time, # 3460010 is only confirmed to fit up to the 2019 Silverado, but from my research, the third brake light is indeed the same on the 2020. While unlikely, there's still a chance that the factory plug behind the radio could be different, but if you can reply with your VIN number, my contact at GHC may be able to get more information regarding the compatibility.
