I do have a couple options for ladder racks to fit with the UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover part # 311-KRD7833 for the 2017 Ram 2500 6-1/2 ft bed without rambox but the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43003XT-000 that you looked at is not compatible because the hardware will interfere with the covers mounting locations.
I recommend to use the Ladder Rack for Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau Covers part # 311-ELD0101 in the t-slots of the side rails of the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover part # 311-KRD7833. This is the best ladder rack option that is compatible with the Ultra Groove because it will install right into the t-slots without any other parts. The The Pace Edwards EL200 Elevated Ladder Rack System is designed to fit nicely with the UltraGroove cover and allows you to carry 200 lbs of cargo.
Another option is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # Y01151-5855 which can handle 300 lbs of cargo. This rack comes with the adapters so that the ladder rack can fit into the t-slots of the UltraGroove cover. The OverHaul is adjustable from 19" to 30" to match your load or gear carrying needs. If height adjustment is important to you the Yakima option is a better choice.
