I believe you are asking about an exhaust fan for your Everchill Refrigerator like part # 324-000119 you can use the Valterra FridgeCool Automatic Exhaust Fan for RV Refrigerators part # A10-2618VP which can be mounted to the back of the fridge to push the hot air toward a vent out of the RV. It only requires 12V power.
If you are looking for a fan to keep the air inside the refrigerator circulating, I recommend the Valterra FridgeCool RV Refrigerator Fan with On/Off Switch part # A10-2606. This particular fan is battery operated.
