Do you have a helper spring option for a 2020 Ford F150 4WD that would help eliminate rear end sway?

The best solution for you will depend on when you're experiencing the sway. The Timbren Aeon springs you'd looked at, part # TFR1504E do a good job with the suspension, but will only come into play once the truck's suspension is under load and it's really not going to do much to prevent sway unless the suspension is compressed-even then there are better options.
We really like the RoadActive Suspension Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit, like # RAS3611-Y. This system helps level your front and rear axle ride heights when towing or hauling and also eliminates unwanted handling characteristics like axle wrap, wheel hop and bottoming out. Most importantly, it reduces sway and body roll while cornering.
If you experience the sway only while towing, and it's worse with crosswinds and turbulence caused by passing traffic a weight distribution system with sway control for the trailer will really be your best investment. The first step in choosing a system will be to determine the fully loaded and ready to tow trailer tongue weight which would also include the weight of anything carried in the truck bed behind the rear axle. My most often recommended weight distribution system is from Equal-i-zer. For trailers with tongue weights below 400 lbs, use # EQ37040ET which includes a 2 inch hitch ball. For 200-600 lbs tongue weights, go with # EQ37060ET, the trailer ball is also inlcuded. And for 600-1000 lbs use the # EQ37100ET. The 2-5/16 inch trailer ball is included.
I've linked to an article that describes in more detail how the RoadActive Suspension system works and how the Equal-i-zer weight distribution/sway control system works.
