Upgrading from a ST205/75R15 to a ST225/75R15 is a very common upgrade on trailers as long as you have the clearance. The ST225/75R15 tires are only about a 1" wider and taller compared to the ST205/75R15. The general rule is you want to keep 3 inches of vertical clearance above the top of the tire to allow for normal travel of the trailer's suspension and 1-2 inches of clearance between the tire's sidewall and the closest part of the trailer.
We don't have this combination pre-mounted, so for the 15" tire I recommend the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E Item # AM10303 or the CoProvider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E part # TR225LRE.
Then for the wheel, you could go with the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - White Powder Coat, Item # AM20551 or something similar. You would have to have them mounted at a local shop.
