The Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16301-100 will fit a Dodge Ram 2500/3500 from '03-'09. Since you have a 2019 Ram 2500 you want the Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16427-204 instead. This actually has a similar price-point and it doesn't require any drilling.
As long as your Husky 5th wheel hitch mounts to industry standard base rails (and isn't an older Husky with the specialized mounting) then the Curt is compatible for your application.
