Will this jack work on a trailer that is 23” off the ground?

Yes, the ARK Extreme Off-Road Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels # ORJW750BD can easily fit and work with a trailer frame that sits 23" off of the ground.
In the attached photo the bottom of the trailer frame sits 19" above the ground and the jack not only has another 5" of travel (at least), the main body tube can be adjusted further down so there is more than enough clearance at a 23" height.
