Cant fit my bike and have trouble fitting my kids bikes on my new rage bike rack with the large cradles. Pipe is 1 1/4 inch so I need something that will fit.

The Thule Replacement Cradle you mentioned fits 1 inch diameter tubing, and would not work for your bike rack.
We offer a Hollywood Racks replacement cradle, part # HR750-P that is designed to fit over 1-1/4 inch tubing. The replacement cradle will accommodate bike frames up to 1-1/2 inches in diameter. This comes with the straps. It is possible that your existing straps will work with the replacement cradles, but as we do not carry the Rage bike racks and therefore cannot test the fit, I cannot guarantee it.
An adapter bar like part # TH982XT is designed to span the distance from the handlebar gooseneck to the seat post. The adapter bar is thin enough to fit the cradles of any bike rack, and might be a better option than replacing your cradles.
