Question:

I'd like to beef up my suspension on my 2020 Ford F-150 for when I tow a light 5th wheel to eliminate the rear end squat. What kit should I get?

If you'll be towing a consistent weight, a system like the Timbren # TFR1504E would be an outstanding choice. The Aeon springs have several advantages over air bag systems if you don't need the adjustability provided by an air system. The springs get progressively stiffer as more weight is added, and there's no worry of anything leaking or puncturing.

If the loads you'll be towing or hauling will vary, you'll want the adjustability provided by an air bag system. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate system, part # AL88268 provides an excellent air ride option but adds internal jounce bumpers to help reduce body roll and provide support if the system should develop a leak. The system is compatible with a fifth wheel hitch.

You might also consider a compressor system like # AL25856 which would enable you to add or remove pressure from the system with the touch of a switch, allowing you to fine tune the suspension as needed.
