Would this Kit require me to buy new inner grease seals? This would go in the B location of the pic I attached.

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR958QD11 that you referenced uses a seal with an inner diameter of 2.750". Based on the dimensions chart you attached (thank you!) this seal will fit the spindles on your trailer perfectly.
The inner and outer bearings (along with the corresponding races) are also a match for your trailer. For a full bearing kit to fit use part # DBRKHW10.
