I do have an option for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12130 is designed to fit certain years of the Lincoln Town Cars and Mercury Grand Marquis so it will not fit the Toyota. The part # 36063 the sticker references is a ball mount that is recommended for use with the hitch determined by Draw-Tite.
For a 1997 Toyota Tacoma, I recommend Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13013 which is a custom fit design for the Toyota Tacoma that will not require any drilling to install. It matches up with the frame holes and bolts on. I have attached a video for your reference.
If you plan on doing some towing and need wiring for the Tacoma, Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector I recommend part # 118379 which will easily plug in behind the tail lights and give you a 4-way connector to plug your trailer into.
The ball mount would be determined by the amount of rise or drop you may need. I have attached a helpful article to figure the amount of rise or drop you need in a ball mount to tow level. I have also attached the selection of class III ball mounts available.
