What is the difference in the JR regulators 37207-30395? I have a 2098 KZ Spree 285RL 5th wheel, which one is right for my unit?

The difference between the various JR Products regulators has to do with their flow rate, orientation (vertical or horizontal), 2-stage or single, etc. I'm not certain as to what type of regulator you currently have but if there's a part number stamped anywhere on it I can definitely help to verify a good replacement. Based on what I could find though it does look like it uses a vertical two-stage unit like # 37207-30395.
