I have obtained the measurements you have requested
On the mounting brackets, the holes measure 7-1/2 inches in length and 2 inches in height (center of the hole to center).
From where the bracket attaches to the frame to the top of the receiver tube, it is 6-1/8 inches. You requested a height clearance measurement; however, with this measurement, you will be able to measure your own frame and where it would clear the ground.
From the back of the receiver tube to front of the receiver, it measures 11 inches.
This is a very versatile hitch, it can be adjusted from 22 inches to 72 inches. It can give you plenty of options and has a 2 inch receiver opening. Please note, many bike racks specifically indicate they are not to be used on a 5th wheel trailer or camper. For your safety, use a Class III bike rack because of the stronger welds; it will bounce around quite a bit. There are also the options of RV and camper bike racks. I will attach some helpful links below.
