I was able to reach out to Kat's for you and got some info that may help. On your 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe with the 2.4L engine you will install the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater part # KH11812 in the front left of the engine block. This will be the front drivers side. You will look for a small hole with a cover on it. The hole will be less than 3/4 of an inch. As you can see the heater has a clip on it to hold it in place so the hole will be close to the edge of the block so the clip can slide easily over the edge and hold it. Unfortunately there isn't a photo available of the location that I can provide for you to help you out. On the drivers side you have a couple of air intake components that you can remove that may give you more access to find the location.
