The correct Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for a 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer is part # SPS4560 which can be attached using the Adapter for Surco Safari Roof Racks part # SPCH100. The Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket part # SPS5060 is unfortunately too wide.
