The Draw Tite hitch part # 75234 is the most hidden trailer hitch for your 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. Only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which will give you a mostly hidden look and will also help with ground clearance. I attached a picture that shows what it looks like installed as well. The picture is of a Ford Edge which is the same platform as your Nautilus. I also attached an install video link too.

For trailer wiring the best option is the Tekonsha kit part # 118803 which installs the easiest and also comes with the most reliable converter box option as well.
