Can Plow Install Brackets and Westin HDX Grille Guard Both Install at Same Time
Published 01/08/2020 >
Question:
Do you know if there is any way that this will fit with fisher plow push plates installed? I understand that i would have to remove the grille guard before hooking up to the plow but i would like maximum protection on the front of my truck during the summer months with what looks like 6 bolts to remove the guard from the mounting brackets. i have a 2016 ram 3500 4 door short bed with the cummins engine. would i have to utilize some of the same mounting holes as the fisher push plates to mount the brackets? or would slight modification have to be done? thankyou for any and all your help, you guys are always helping me out and by far have the best customer service for any company that i have ever done business with.

If you were okay with totally removing the HDX Grille Guard part # 57-3550 before installing the plow mount this would work, but since both attach to the same part of the truck frame you wouldn't be able to easily have both mounted at the same time.
I attached a picture that shows what the brackets of this grille guard look like installed.
