Can I convert these bags to fit my ram ? I only used them for 1 12000 mile trip

I can certainly recommend a great air bag kit for your 2015 Ram 1500, however you won't be able to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2299 from your older model Ram with the factory coil springs on your new truck. The coil suspension on the 2015 Ram requires a completely different design for proper operation so these bags unfortunately won't be compatible and there isn't a way to convert them for use.

My best recommendation is to try to sell your existing system and hopefully use some of what you receive towards a proper kit for your new truck.

For your 2015 Ram the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4185 will work perfectly. These air springs will fit inside the factory coil springs on the rear axle to provide much better support and load-leveling ability with their 5 psi to 70 psi adjustment range. I have attached a short video demonstration below, along with the written installation manual that you can check out as well.
