We've test fit the safety chains of the # RM3230 on the safety chain loops part # C60617 which fits the factory rail kit of the 2015 Ram 3500 that you have and found they fit really well. These would be wide enough to not interfere with the rail kit of your truck as well as an Andersen Ultimate.
