I have a hundred pound propane tank that I want to hook up to a gas range what regulator do I need

Nearly all propane accessories like the range you have require LP or low pressure propane which is 11 inches of water column and what the regulator part # CAM59013 that you mentioned. I can't say for certain though as you'd have to check the range to be certain, but I would be surprised if it called for a different propane pressure.
