Yes, if you have the B&W Universal Base Rails # BWRVR3210 installed on your truck the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055 will mount to them without issue. This gooseneck hitch is designed to attach to industry-standard above-bed base rails like these to provide you with a 2-5/16" hitch ball for towing a gooseneck trailer.
The Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Hitch features a 25,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 3" offset to help with cab clearance. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
