Solution for Needing Just Loop End Strap of Replacement Bow/Stern Tie-Down 8860050

Question:
I need only the short strap with the loop and the plastic connector thing that connects the long strap to the kayak. Is it possible to order only a couple of those? I only need the strap in the attached picture.
