The lower trim piece/garnish of the MaxxAir roof vent part # MA00-03801 that you referenced measures 16-1/4 from outside to outside and then inside to inside measures 13-1/2 inch square. These are very standard RV interior vent garnish dimensions so if you have a RV roof vent installed currently this will easily fit as a replacement.
