Does Velit RV Heater (gas/diesel) Have A Thermostat Mode?

Does the Velit have a thermostat mode, or is it just on/off?

Jacob, you’ve got both options when using the Velit heaters, which come in gas # VE46QV and diesel # VE66QV. In thermostat mode, it ramps the power up or down automatically to hold your set temp. If the cabin temp rises 6° above the setpoint, it goes into standby until things cool back down. Or, you can run it in power mode with 5 fixed output levels if you want more manual control.

Do you prefer “set it and forget it,” or do you like dialing in heat levels yourself?
