I HAVE LOST ALL OF THE MOUNTING HARDWARE FOR THIS CARGO TOP. WILL THIS PROPERLY MOUNT ONTO A 2017 Subaru Forester ? and IF SO, WHAT ALL WILL I NEED ? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOER HELPING ME WITH THIS !

The Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box # TH05603 that you referenced is the correct kit for your Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 cargo box and would be also compatible with the crossbars of your 2017 Subaru Forester so this would be exactly what you'd need.
