I have a 2019 E4 50 Thor class C motorhome 26 foot which sumo springs do you recommend for that vehicle

The SumoSprings that fit and will work the best on your 2019 E-450 Class C motorhome is the SumoSprings kit part # SSR-130-54. These have a 2,800 lb capacity which will give you the support you are wanting without being too harsh.
For a similar kit for the front you'd want the part # SSF-106-47. This will give you a much more stable ride quality with minimal sway.
