Question:
The measurements in the add of the bolt are the same but I want to make sure the width of the bolt and the nut fit in the receiver tube of my yakima rack.

Yes, I checked with Yakima and the Replacement Hitch Hardware for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks part # 8890260 will work with the Yakima FourTimer 4 Bike Platform Rack part # Y02469. The Yakima and the Replacement Hitch Hardware for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks is simply just the bolt 8890200 and retainer nut 8890254 kitted together.
